Do you require any dessert pizzas? (if so please choose 1 x flavour from our dessert menu - Nutella Calzone, Raspberry Pizza, Oreo Calzone, Peach & Chocolate)

How would you like your food served? Sit down style, Pizza Bar (table where the pizzas/salads/pastas are placed and guests help themselves, or Cocktail style?)
