+ WHAT IS THE CHEESY DUZ IT DIFFERENCE?

It’s all in the fresh dough… Our signature artisan dough is made fresh and rested for 48 hours prior to your event. Unlike other companies you may come across in the marketplace, that source frozen or par baked bases or even pita bread bases, our bases of the freshest, tastiest quality. Hand stretched on-site for your event, it doesn’t get any fresher than this.

We source the freshest, creamiest, high-end quality fresh cow’s milk mozzarella cheese (Fior Di Latte), which is sourced from Award Winning Inner West cheese makers. It contains no animal rennet or preservatives. We do not use cheap processed, bagged shredded cheese that you may find many other companies using.

Taste the difference with our imported San Marzino tomatoes which are grown in the volcanic soil near Mount Vesuvius, producing an amazing rich tomato taste. All our veg is market fresh.

+ IS YOUR PIZZA WOOD FIRED?

Yes! Our commercial size wood fire pizza oven run on 100% wood fire which heats up between 400-500 degrees, let your guests taste the difference. We only use the best quality sourced hardwood. The oven can cook up to 7 pizzas at a time, which takes 90 seconds to cook. Your guests will experience a constant flow of fresh, hot pizzas. For larger bookings we can run 2 x pizza ovens to feed a larger amount of guests.

+ HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED FOR SETUP?

Our mobile wood fire oven is attached to a trailer, we required a 3x6m space for the oven and also a marquee where we prepare all our pizzas fresh and cook on-site. Ideally we require a flat surface to setup. Wide side access (at least 2.5m width) is needed if you would like the mobile oven parked at the back of the house. Otherwise we will position the mobile pizza oven in another area nearby ie driveway and the pizzas can be taken to inside where the party is. If unsure, please send us photos or arrange for us to make a site visit to confirm possible access. 


If access is an issue, we have alternative commercial quality portable gas pizza ovens which can fit into any space (balcony, courtyard etc) or can setup anywhere a woodfire oven is not permitted.

Please note due to safety regulations, our oven needs to operate in the outdoors.

If the event or function is to be held at a council owned property (i.e. park) then you will need to provide prior permission to access the grounds and it must be received from the local council.

+ DO YOU NEED ANY ELECTRICITY FOR YOUR SETUP?

Our setup is 100% self-sufficient - no electricity needed.


+ DO YOU SUPPLY NAPKINS AND PAPER PLATES?

We supply quality napkins and bio paper plates with your booking at no extra charge. We can also supply cutlery if you order salads.

+ DO YOU SUPPLY A PRINTED MENU FOR OUR GUESTS TO LOOK AT?

Yes! We can supply your choice of either A4 or A5 professionally designed and printed menus attached to our black clipboards for your guests to look at what pizzas are available at your event, this is supplied with your booking at no extra charge. You can either choose our generic simple design or we can match your event invitation design.

+ DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, when booking your event, just let us know what the special dietary requirements are. We can cater for gluten free, vegan and religious dietary requirements. We have catered for full vegan plant based weddings.

+ WHAT PIZZA PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer 4 different pizza packages - packages cover entrée, mains and dessert pizzas. Children aged under 5 eat free, children aged between 5-10 eat half price.

+ DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF SYDNEY FOR EVENTS?

Yes, we can travel out of Sydney, there may be a travel fee, just let us know your location when inquiring.

+ HOW ARE THE PIZZAS SERVED?

The pizzas are served on quality wooden paddles (to be returned to us at end of event). We can also supply metal stands for the pizzas to sit on and table clothed trestle tables (no extra charge just let us know when you book your event). Any leftover pizzas we can box up into cardboard pizza boxes for yourself or guests to enjoy at a later stage. We also can supply quality bio paper plates and napkins with your booking.

+ WHAT TIME DO YOU ARRIVE TO SETUP ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Generally, we arrive 2 hours prior to your event to heat our wood fire oven up to 400 degrees and we make sure we arrive prior to your guests arriving to not disturb the event.

+ CONFIRMING FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS

We like to give our customers as much time as possible to finalise their number of guests and require all final event details including number of guests, dietary requirements and pizza choices to be confirmed 7 days prior to your event (or 14 days for weddings). This is a great if you want to secure your date with us well in advance, but aren’t sure of the finer details, you can estimate your guest numbers when booking, then adjust/finalise your booking a week prior to your event.

+ ADDITIONAL FEES

We charge extra for salads, pastas, canapes, wait staff and a travel fee may apply if event is out of Sydney area (just let us know your location when inquiring). We do not charge any setup fees.

+ CERTIFICATION

We have 20 Million Public Liability Insurance Along with NSW/Australia Food Safety Compliant and Certified, available on request. We also have been issued with Certification in “COVID-19 Awareness for Food Service” by the NSW Food Authority NSW Health.

+ WHAT IF THERE IS A TOTAL FIRE BAN ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

If there is a total fire ban declared by the NSW Rural Fire Service in the area where the event is to be held on the day of the event, we have an alternative gas operated portable gas oven setup which we can use in place of the woodfire oven which is permitted.
