From our oven to your oven… Enjoy fresh 10inch Pizzas. 

From your own fortress enjoy our signature pizzas topped with fresh Fior Di Latte (Mozz) sourced from award winning Inner West cheese makers. Note vegan cheese can be substituted. 

Pizzas are delivered ready for refrigeration storage, you can store in fridge for up to 7 days, you can also place the pizza in freezer if you wish to store for longer period (can be frozen for up to 2 months).

To cook simply place in 220 degree oven for 4-5 minutes (time depending on your individual home oven) or until the centre is hot. If cooking from frozen, cook at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

HOW TO ORDER:

Pre-order through our web store up to WEDNESDAY EVENING by 6pm. Pizzas are then made on Friday evening for Saturday delivery, please leave any delivery instructions in the comment section.  Note: 3 pizzas are required for minimum order.

At the moment we are doing contactless delivering from Saturday mornings, we will text you when they are at your door, you can then refrigerate or heat them up when ready to enjoy!

 A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PRODUCT:

  • We only use DOP tomatoes: DOP is the Italian phrase Denominazione d' Origine Protetta (roughly, "protected designation of origin"). The long answer, after the jump…  DOP certification guarantees that a tomato is of the San Marzano variety, in Layman’s terms damn good tomato sauce. 

  • Fior Di Latte: Fresh handmade cow's milk mozzarella. The cream of the cream!

  • EVOO: Extra virgin olive oil – We use Australian olive oil

  • We use 48 hr cold fermentation process for dough production
