We use authentic Italian Fior di Latte mozzarella made from 100% vegetarian rennet, delivering a rich, creamy texture that melts perfectly across every wood-fired pizza. Our toppings are paired with high-quality lean proteins and the unmistakable flavour of imported San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, known worldwide for their natural sweetness and low acidity.

Our artisan dough is cooked to perfection in our commercial-size wood-fired pizza oven, reaching temperatures of approximately 400°C for a fast, high-heat bake.
Each pizza is fired for around 2 minutes using carefully selected premium Australian hardwood, which creates a clean, even heat and enhances the natural flavour of the ingredients.
Once perfectly blistered and golden, each pizza is removed from the oven, sliced fresh, and served immediately — delivering a hot, crisp, and authentic wood-fired pizza experience for your event.
